Be Flexible + Embrace Family Involvement
As I navigated the difficulties of building a flourishing online coaching business, flexibility became my best friend. With three young children at home, including a newborn, the art of time management was redefined in my world. I learned to see the hidden opportunities in the chaos. Those precious nap times became my power hours, where I’d dive into the heart of my coaching work, developing strategies and connecting with clients. It was about embracing each moment as a gift, finding harmony between my roles as a dedicated mother and a passionate Christian coach.
This journey wasn’t just about embracing the unexpected; it was about involving my family in my dream, sharing with them the vision of building generational wealth through a Christian lens. We journeyed together through the challenges, finding joy in the small victories and learning to pivot gracefully when plans went up in smoke. My schedule evolved with our family’s rhythm, adapting to homeschooling and the ever-changing dynamics of a household buzzing with life and love. Most importantly, I saw God’s hand in each step, guiding me to blend family life with professional aspirations, teaching me that true success lies in the balance and the journey, not just the destination.
Submit Your Timing to God
Embracing God’s timing was a humbling part of my journey in the online coaching world. As I embarked on this venture with aspirations for swift success, the initial outcomes of my coaching programs taught me the profound value of patience and steadfast faith. In those early days, filled with moments of doubt and uncertain outcomes, I found strength in my Christian beliefs, realizing the profound truth that God’s timing is perfect, even when it diverges from our immediate expectations. My journey was about learning to find grace in the waiting, understanding that each small step forward was part of a larger, divine plan. It taught me that true resilience and trust, essential qualities for a Christian coach, come from embracing God’s timeline, transforming setbacks into growth opportunities, and aligning my entrepreneurial ambitions with a deeper spiritual purpose.
The Grind Will Pay Off
Hard work and consistency are the bedrocks of any successful business. The early days of my coaching business involved intense grind and dedication. I embraced the reality that success doesn’t happen overnight. It requires continuous effort, unwavering commitment, and a relentless pursuit of your goals. This mindset helped me to launch successful programs and adapt to the ever-changing dynamics of the coaching industry. The grind truly pays off, as I now enjoy the flexibility of working around 15 hours a week, tailored to my family’s needs.
My journey of building a coaching business that now has the power to bring in over $215K in just two weeks is a testament of faith, hard work, and the power of being flexible. It’s a story for every mother, every entrepreneur, and every individual who dares to dream big. There’s never a perfect time to start, but with faith, perseverance, and the support of loved ones, anything is possible.
