Hey ladies… Who thinks it is the season to stop thinking and start executing that online business and offer the Lord has called you to? 2026 is the year to stop overthinking and start executing. 

Because something has felt very different in 2026. We are just in a new era this year and what I am learning right now is that you can’t necessarily build things like you have always been building.

There is a shift happening, and I don’t think we can ignore it. We are being required to move faster, to change, and to actually build differently if we want to stay relevant and continue to build offers that people actually want. For those of you who feel called into a faith-based online business, or stepping into being a Christian Online Business Coach, this is where I want you to lean in.

Because I truly believe this: We have to get out of our heads and we have to do the work.

And I know that might feel simple, but this is where most women are getting stuck.

Where I See So Many Christian Women Stay Stuck In Online Business

One of the things I say to my students all the time is that “the number one reason for failure…is that they actually fail to launch.” It’s not that they’re not called, or that they don’t care. It’s that they never actually execute.

And I think this is really important for those of you trying to figure out how to build a coaching business or grow your online coaching business for Christian women. You can have the vision, the ideas, the calling…but if you don’t build it, nothing happens. 

I have found this to be a fundamental truth: If you’re not doing the work…you will never go anywhere.

That’s not meant to be harsh – It’s just honest. Because this is how God designed it – if you do not sow, you will not reap.

And what I see happening is women are thinking, planning, trying to figure everything out perfectly, but they’re not actually building the assets of their business… They’re not launching. They’re not putting anything into the marketplace. And then they’re wondering why nothing is working.

So the real question becomes…where do you start?

Build Messaging From Your Testimony – This Is Where It Actually Begins

Everything starts with your testimony – the thing that set you free is what God has called you to go help others with.

That is where your messaging comes from – your story. You build your messaging off of your testimony.

And when I say that, I mean your lived experience. It’s the pain you walked through, the transformation you experienced, and the freedom that God has given you. 

That is what connects.

I actually walked this out in my own business recently when I launched The Sanctuary. When I was preparing my webinar and trainings, I didn’t try to create something complicated – I went back to my personal story… I literally sold by sharing my story.

My story was my messaging.

Yes, the offer was strong. Yes, the launch plan mattered. But the thing that actually connected was my story. It was the real experiences, the real pain points, and the real transformation I experienced.

So if you’re feeling stuck in your messaging as a Christian Business Coach or building your faith-based coaching business, I want you to go back to your story. 

That is where clarity comes from.

Build An Offer That Reflects What You Actually Walked Through

Once your messaging starts to become clear, this is where your offer comes in. And I want to be really honest about this part because I think people overcomplicate it.

Structuring your offer can be a bit of a puzzle. It takes time & thought, but it’s not supposed to be confusing.

If you can get clear on your testimony and how you want to help someone, you can start thinking more about how you could have better helped yourself… “What did I actually need when I was struggling with XYZ pain?”

Thinking this way is going to help you build your offer. 

You begin to look at:

• What would I have needed in that season?
  
• What kind of support would have actually helped me?
  
• How would I structure this so someone else could walk through that same transformation?

That’s how your offer comes together.

And this is especially important for those of you learning how to build an online coaching business or stepping into leadership as a Christian online coach. Your offer should not feel random. It should feel like a natural extension of your story and your messaging.

Because these two things go together: With your messaging comes the ability to build an offer – they really work hand in hand.

Build A Launch Plan So You Can Actually Sell What You Built

Now once you have your messaging and your offer, this is where the launch plan comes in. And this is where I see so many women skip steps.

Because here’s the honest truth: If you don’t have an offer and messaging, you truly cannot market anything.

You can’t sell what you can’t explain.

And this is why so many women feel burnt out trying to grow on social media. They’re posting constantly, trying to build an audience, but they don’t have anything clear to actually sell.

So when you do have those pieces in place, the launch plan becomes very simple.

A launch plan is all about the timing of communication.

It’s how you talk about your offer, when you talk about it, and how you bring it into the marketplace. And from there, you can actually sell it.

But if you skip this process, you’re going to fall flat when it comes to selling or converting any clients. And that’s when the frustration happens. 

It’s not that your business isn’t working. It’s that the foundation was never built.

2026 Is A Year Of Activation – To Get Out of Your Head & Build

I want to bring this back to the main theme because this is so important…

2026 is about activation… we have to get to work… we have to execute.

But this is not about rushing or striving. It’s about moving forward while still building with depth. We have to move quicker… but still with depth.

And this is the part that I really want you to take seriously:

What you do today is going to dictate your financial and business success six months from now.

That means the messaging you build, the offer you create, and the launch plan you execute right now are going to shape what your business looks like later this year.

So if you’ve been sitting on something, overthinking it, or waiting until you feel more ready, I want to challenge you…

Build the messaging, build your offer, build the launch plan… go do the thing.
