Hey, hey, friends! I’m thrilled to share with you the four stages of freedom in your online business. This isn’t just theory—these stages come from my own experiences and what I’m currently navigating. So, grab your favorite drink, sit back, and let’s dive into how you can achieve true freedom in your Christian coaching business.
The Freedom to Dream
Let’s start with the first stage: The Freedom to Dream. This is the stage where you are bursting with ideas and creativity. You’re excited about all the possibilities and directions your business could take. This is usually when you’re making between $0 to $10k, maybe up to $20k. It’s such an exhilarating time because you get to dream with God and lay the foundation for something incredible.
In this stage, you might not see a lot of financial freedom yet, but you have the freedom of creativity and vision. You’re figuring out your niche, your audience, and how you can serve them best. This is where you get to test out ideas and see what resonates. It’s a beautiful stage of research and pioneering.
The Freedom to Grow
Next, we move to the Freedom to Grow stage, where you’re making between $20k to $100k. This is the grind stage, friends. You’re diving deep into your business, learning the ropes, and really starting to see some results. The freedom here comes from the progress and growth you’re experiencing.
During this phase, you’re putting in a lot of hard work, but it’s so rewarding. You’re beginning to see the fruits of your labor. You might start paying for extra family activities or even that dream vacation. It’s about persistence and resilience, embracing the grind to push through to the next level.
The Freedom to Scale
Once you hit the Freedom to Scale stage, you’re making between $100k to $1 million. This is where things get really exciting. You’ve found a system that works, and now it’s about amplifying that success. It’s about consistency and refinement, repeating what works and avoiding distractions.
In this stage, you start to regain some of your time because you have systems in place that allow your business to run more smoothly. You’re experiencing more financial freedom, which means you can invest back into your business, go on vacations, and give generously.
However, it’s important to stay focused and not get bored. Consistency is key here, even if it feels repetitive. This stage is about fine-tuning your processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
The Legacy Freedom Stage
Finally, we reach the Legacy Freedom stage, where you’re making over $1 million. This is the ultimate goal for many of us. At this level, you’re not just thinking about immediate gains but also about long-term impact and generational wealth. You’re building a legacy that will outlast you.
In this stage, you get to be more creative again, focusing on passion projects and expanding your influence. You’re investing in assets and thinking strategically about the future. This is where true freedom lies—freedom to dream, grow, and scale beyond what you ever imagined.
Knowing Your Stage and Embracing It
It’s crucial to know what stage you’re in and embrace it fully. Many people want to jump straight to the legacy or scaling stages without putting in the work required in the dream and grow stages. But each stage has its own unique freedom and challenges.
For example, if you’re in the dream stage, focus on testing ideas and finding what works. Don’t rush through it—welcome creativity and possibility. In the growth stage, put your head down and grind, knowing that this hard work will pay off. When you reach the scale stage, stay consistent and keep refining your systems. And if you’re in the legacy stage, think about the bigger picture and how you can make a lasting impact.
