As we are beginning 2026, it’s becoming clear that this is the year to go all in on content creation.
For the next six months inside my Christian online business, I’m intentionally increasing content across email, social, live experiences, promotions, and I’m even launching a new newsletter.
That might sound like a lot, but the focus isn’t working more. The real work right now is happening behind the scenes, building systems that allow my team and me to create more content without burning out or overcomplicating everything.
I’m walking you through 3 specific ways I’m increasing content production and giving you a behind-the-scenes look at what we’re building for 2026, along with the backend systems supporting it.
My hope is that this gives you practical ideas you can apply inside your own online coaching business.
#1. Letting the Podcast Be the Foundation of My Content
The first thing I’ve done is center my content around the one thing I know I can stay consistent with.
For me…that’s my Set-Apart Online Business Podcast.
Honestly, I don’t love writing a ton of copy. Speaking comes more naturally to me. It’s easier for me to sit down and talk than to force myself into creative writing mode. That’s why podcasting has been the one form of content I’ve been able to stay consistent with since 2021.
The podcast doesn’t just exist on its own. It drives my weekly content strategy. I record one episode a week, or batch several at a time, and I keep them fairly concise. My goal is to be efficient without missing what’s important. I spend a limited amount of focused time creating the episode, and then my team takes it from there.
It’s all about finding your gifts and passions in order to stay consistent without the overwhelm.
#2. Integrating New Content Without Spending More Time
This is where most of the time is being spent right now – building behind the scenes. Whenever you add or change something, it takes time to build the structure and systems to support it. But once your systems are built upfront, it completely changes your day-to-day operations.
We’re testing more emails, social media posts, and monthly content.
Instead of constantly trying to come up with new ideas, we’re pulling content directly from what’s already happening inside my online coaching business – coaching calls, client wins, and real conversations that are already taking place. This automatically makes content creation faster.
We are using tools like ChatGPT to help with extraction and drafting, but there is always a human layer. I’ve been very intentional about training my team on how to “un-AI” content. It still needs discernment and refinement. Tools support the process, but they don’t replace a human voice.
The goal with this system is to create something simple and repeatable – more touch points without more work. Once the system is fully built, I’ll spend a small amount of time each month reviewing and refining content while my team handles building and scheduling.
#3. Adding More Regular Promotions and Smaller Live Events
The third shift I’m making is how we approach promotions and visibility.
Instead of relying only on big launches, we’re integrating more regular promotions and smaller live events, like masterclasses. We’re still doing launches, but it’s closer to a couple of big launches a year rather than constant ramping up and down.
This allows more space for:
- Ongoing nurturing
- Day-to-day connection
- More mental space for creative marketing
We’re building this as a repeatable system that saves time and energy and allows you to grow your online business without constant stress or overwhelm.
As a Christian Business Coach, my role is to stay in the deeper vision and voice of the online business and create the foundational systems, while my team supports execution. That’s how I step out of day-to-day content creation without losing alignment.
It’s All About Getting Efficient to Go All-In on Content Creation
Increasing content production doesn’t mean you need to do everything or be everywhere. It means building a content approach that fits your life, your season, and how you actually work.
Going into 2026, for me, that has meant:
- Choosing content I know I can stay consistent with.
- Prioritizing written and video content while adding my own refinement and voice.
- Creating systems that are repeatable and sustainable to grow without working more.
- Letting go of perfection, because movement matters more than anything.
As I’ve gotten deeper into building these content systems, I’ve felt more excited about my online business again. Sometimes getting out of comfortable routines and rethinking how things run changes everything.
As a Christian Business Coach, I believe this season is the Lord calling us back to the basics. Getting clear on your message and building systems you can actually stick to. It’s about increasing content in a way that doesn’t cost you your peace.
If content has felt heavy or overwhelming, it’s often not a sign you’re doing something wrong. It’s usually a sign that something needs to be refined, not added – shifting the work you’re already doing to support a new vision.
And that’s when real growth starts to happen in your online business.
