Hey, hey ladies! 💛
Let’s talk about something the Lord’s been pressing so strongly on my heart lately – strategic partnership.
If you’re a Holy Spirit-led woman building a faith-based online business, the next 12-months will require a totally new level of alignment. What used to work in the coaching industry isn’t going to cut it anymore. We’re entering a season where Kingdom collaboration, not competition – will define who thrives in 2026.
Stepping Out of Maintenance Mode and Into Multiplication
After seven years online (can you believe it?!), God’s been shifting my focus from maintaining to multiplying. For the past year, I’ve felt that maintenance-mode tension…running my programs, homeschooling my three kids, showing up for my one-on-one clients, but not really building.
When I finally stopped to pray about it, I realized it wasn’t burnout. It was the Holy Spirit saying, you’re not meant to carry this alone.
So, I started partnering differently. I brought on a new Online Business Manager, Keri – a former Selah Collective student turned leader – and a new marketing strategist! Both women are anointed in their lanes, and together we’re building something that’s not just efficient…it’s Kingdom-driven.
That’s when I knew: Strategic partnership is the word for 2026.
Why Partnership Is a Spiritual Strategy for Success
As a Christian Business Coach, I’ve watched women hustle in isolation – trying to be the CEO, the marketer, the designer, the salesperson all at once. But the truth is, you can’t sustain success without shared leadership.
When I hit seven figures online, it wasn’t because I finally found the right funnel. It was because I partnered with the right people. Partnership builds accountability, trust, and momentum.
When you invite others into your mission, you no longer operate solely from your own strength – you operate from God’s strength multiplied through people.
This is what I call Kingdom partnership – mutual, purpose-aligned collaboration that advances God’s agenda through your business.
The Economy Has Changed – So Must Our Strategy
We’re in what I like to call a trust recession.
Audiences are slower to buy, ads are more expensive, and people are skeptical of marketing hype. But here’s the good news…partnership creates instant trust.
When you’re featured on another Christian entrepreneur’s podcast, when you co-host a workshop, or when you collaborate on a program, you borrow their credibility and build social proof faster than any ad could.
In my local photography business years ago, most of my clients came through referrals – and that trust transferred instantly. Online business works the same way in 2026.
Real growth comes when we stop trying to do business alone and start partnering with others – sharpening one another, bearing each other’s burdens, and building trust through Kingdom collaboration.
Collaboration Over Isolation
Let’s be real: so many of us felt the effects of doing life and business solo after the pandemic. We got used to our laptops and coffee cups and the safety of the online bubble. But the Kingdom was never meant to be built in isolation.
Lately, I’ve had heart-to-heart conversations with friends who admitted they’re lonely – and it’s not just emotional loneliness. It’s the spiritual disconnection that comes from doing God’s work alone.
- We need partnership because we need people.
- We need iron to sharpen iron.
- We need women who see our blind spots, speak truth, and celebrate the wins we can’t see for ourselves.
That’s why community is not a bonus in business – it’s a necessity for the next move of God in the marketplace.
Partnership in Action: The Selah Collective
When I built the Selah Collective, our 12-month group coaching program for faith-based entrepreneurs, it was never about just teaching funnels or launch strategy (though we do that too!). It was about creating a home for women who wanted to build Holy Spirit-led businesses without the boss-babe hustle or New Age manifestation tactics.
Over 200 women have walked through this program – and the fruit has been incredible. We’ve seen students become coaches, clients become teammates, and business besties become lifelong friends.
Every time I host our in-person retreats – like Oak Island on the beach or Winter Park in the mountains – I watch partnership happen in real time. Women walk in as strangers and leave as spiritual sisters, ready to collaborate, pray for one another, and carry each other’s burdens.
That’s what Kingdom business looks like.
It’s not about climbing to the top alone – it’s about rising with others and giving God the glory along the way.
How to Build Strategic Kingdom Partnerships in 2026
If you’re ready to step into this new season, here’s what I encourage you to pray and prepare for:
Seek Alignment, Not Popularity.
Ask the Lord to highlight who you’re called to link arms with. Not everyone with a platform is your partner.
Create Mutual Value.
True Kingdom partnership isn’t transactional. It’s relational. Bring your skills to the table and ask what you can give, not just what you can get.
Protect Your Pace.
You don’t need to collaborate on everything. Choose the right assignments for this season so you can still honor your family and your rest.
Build Trust Through Consistency.
Keep showing up in excellence. When people see your integrity, they’ll want to partner with you.
The Big Picture
The truth is, 2026 won’t be about who has the flashiest funnels or the most followers. It will be about who has the deepest Kingdom roots and relationships.
So if you’re feeling that nudge to build alongside others – follow it. Because the Lord is strategically positioning His daughters to carry the mantle of marketplace ministry through partnership, not performance.
