I am super excited to talk with you on a topic that is so prevalent in the coaching industry – Failure to Launch. It’s the number one reason why coaches fail and fall into traps that leave them feeling stuck. It’s true, building a coaching business is emotional…but you must know that entrepreneurship is a lifestyle. I think about my business every single day – It is literally my fourth baby. My Holy-Spirit led coaching business is not a fad or a hobby of the month, it’s truly part of my LIFE. So, if you are NOT planning to follow through in your coaching business then there is no point in building. FAILURE TO LAUNCH
The main reason Christian coaches fail is due to analysis paralysis. They become enamored with the idea of a coaching business, but they lack the self-discipline to stick with it long enough to make it happen. While mindset plays a significant role, the key is to take action and do the work. Excuses and endless circles won’t get you anywhere. It’s time to break free from analysis paralysis and start implementing your plans.
BELIEVING MARKETING IS A ONE TIME THING
If you believe that marketing is a one-time effort then you are already setting another trap for yourself! To ensure the sustainability of your coaching business, you must constantly load the pipeline. It’s not enough to focus on the present; you need to think ahead and plan for the future. I think of what will happen next year right now.
JESUS IS YOUR ONLY TRUE FAN
Jesus is your ONLY True Fan. I say this because while external motivation, such as making money with your business can provide you with tangible outcomes, it’s essential to recognize that true drive comes from the fire God has placed in your heart. No one else can create that passion and determination for you. Jesus is your ultimate supporter, providing satisfaction and encouragement in your journey. Remember, even when you start earning money, you will still face challenges. Keep your faith strong and let it guide you through the ups and downs of entrepreneurship.
As an entrepreneur for the past 10 years, I can confidently say that entrepreneurship is more than just a job—it’s a lifestyle. It requires daily focus and a conscious decision to push forward. That’s why, at this moment, you should already be thinking about the fall season and why you can’t afford to halt your efforts in building your coaching business.
The significance of continuous effort and dedication cannot be overstated when it comes to your coaching business. So, don’t waste any more time—start working on your dreams today. While trusting the process, also consider the value of seeking guidance from a coach. A coach can play a crucial role in getting you back on track when your emotions try to lead you astray. In fact, I’ve observed that 75% of my job involves helping individuals find their way again. Investing in your growth, staying focused, and watching your coaching business thrive should be your priorities.
Remember, the journey towards a successful coaching business is a marathon, not a sprint. Be prepared for the long haul and refuse to let the fear of failure to launch become your downfall. Stay committed, take consistent action, and believe in yourself. With the right mindset and unwavering determination, you can conquer any obstacle that comes your way and achieve the level of success you desire.
