As we head into the new year, join me for my 2023 Kingdom Coaching Projections! I’m sharing what I think will happen in the online business world as a Christian Coach (even in the midst of a recession). Plus, I’m sharing my goals and where I’ll be focusing my time as a work at home mom over this next year.

PROJECTIONS FOR THE ONLINE BUSINESS WORLD AS A CHRISTIAN COACH
Even though we are in a recession, as Christians, we live in a kingdom economy and have the opportunity to support one another over the next year! Here are my projections for our online coaching businesses for the new year:
- Heading into 2023, it will continue to be harder to sell online, but this is an invitation to build connections with others.
- In addition, because online business is a challenging landscape right now, people are dropping out. The resilient and authentic people will win!
- Social media is changing and diversifying your marketing to holistic and sustainable strategies will be key.
- Storytelling will be huge, which ties back into connecting with others. Knowing your values and beliefs is a great strategy to help bring people into your business.
- Taking seasonal approaches with your content, and building your business will be really important in the new year. Clients experience different emotions in different seasons of the year – market to these emotions by making connections, as well as using storytelling.
WORD OF THE YEAR FOR MY BUSINESS = VICTORY
This past year, I’ve been in the pains of scaling. I’ve learned so much in this process, and even though I didn’t grow as much revenue-wise as I had expected, I did make huge steps towards changing my business from a live-launch model into a more passive model. I see more victory coming in this new season!
STAYING FAMILY-FOCUSED IN MY BUSINESS
God is positioning me to be more focused on my home in the new year. In reality, I’ve accomplished more than I’ve ever dreamed of, so now it’s time to learn how to truly step back a bit and spend more time and energy on my family. In order to continue to grow, I’m going to focus on outsourcing and building a stronger team to help share the burden of doing the work in my business. Part of this plan is to build an internship team to bring in highly motivated women who are invested in learning the ins and outs of starting a business.
Wherever God is leading you in your coaching business, it’s time to put your blinders on and keep your focus. Regardless of what’s happening in the world, stay centered on what God is asking you to do, both in your business and in your family.
