I believe that courage can be an offensive act or a defensive act. When we are participating in the offensive side of courage, we are actively putting ourselves out there to do something courageous. On the other hand, when we participate in the defensive side of courage we are showing up in places that we don’t always want to show up in. This can look different for everyone but we are all called to courage in our life and business.
