Hey, hey ladies.

Boy oh boy… I am tired.

Like, utterly exhausted at the point of recording this. But also so full.

We just wrapped up launching The Sanctuary, which is our new online business wellness club, and honestly, it went so well. I am so excited about the women who are in it. It truly felt like a better-than-expected launch, and we had so many new members come in. It really was a stellar outcome.

At the same time, my head has been down in the weeds of launching this new offer. I got behind on recording and other things in my business because of how much this required from me.

And even after doing this for years, I still had those thoughts come up. I was asking myself, “Is this even going to work?” and “Am I going to shoot myself in the foot with this model?”

So I wanted to share this while it’s fresh. Because if you’re building a Christian coaching business or stepping into something new in your online business, I know this will really help you.

Your Voice Is What Actually Moves People to Say Yes

One of the biggest reminders for me in this launch is that your voice is really, truly key for conversions.

Coming into this, there was a lot of prayer and a lot of time spent trying to figure out if this was the right fit. I was asking God if this was what I was supposed to build in this season and whether I really wanted to take on something new at this level.

From there, I went deep into building the sales page. I probably spent close to 40 hours working on it, because for me, that process forces clarity. It helps you figure out your messaging, your structure, and what you are actually offering.

It’s not just about making something look good. It’s about getting everything out of your head and into something clear.

Even with my team helping, I still had to spend a massive amount of time dialing in the messaging across the sales page, emails, and content. That part could not be skipped.

Here’s a real-life view of what launching this new offer looked like for me:

  • Spending hours refining how I talked about the offer
  • Reworking messaging, including last-minute, until it felt clear and aligned
  • Adding my own voice, stories, and perspective into everything

And I was reminded again that this is not something you can outsource. Your voice, your stories, and how you communicate are what actually connect with people.

I really believe the level of effort I put into the messaging and how I communicated everything was a huge reason the launch performed the way it did.

Building Something New Will Pull You Back Into the Work

The second thing that really stood out to me is how hard it is to outsource a brand new offer.

Even with a team, I had to be deeply involved in every part of this process. My team helped in different areas, but because this was new, I had to be embedded into every stage of what this launch looked like.

There were so many layers to this… It wasn’t just marketing. It was building the offer, thinking through delivery, onboarding clients, and making sure everything was actually set up the right way.

And at the end of the day, no one can fully do that for you.

The vision and the voice had to come from me.

There were moments in this process where things didn’t feel fully figured out until right before they needed to go live. There were changes, adjustments, and pieces that came together in real time.

And honestly, that’s part of it.

When something is brand new, it’s not always going to feel organized or perfectly planned. There is a creative process to it, and you are walking through that as the person building it.

You Will Be Working One Day Ahead (And That’s Normal)

The third thing I was reminded of is that when you are launching something new, you are usually working one day ahead.

You are not weeks ahead with everything mapped out. You are making changes as you go. You might be editing your sales page the night before it goes live or rewriting emails as you’re in it.

That was my reality in this launch.

My head was down for about six weeks, and especially in the last four weeks, it was very intense. There were things I had to let go of temporarily because I needed to focus on getting this built.

And this wasn’t a small offer. This is something I plan to have in my business for years. It’s a big part of what we are building moving forward.

Because of that, it required a different level of focus.

If you feel like you are figuring things out as you go, I just want you to know how truly normal this is. Making last-minute edits and decisions are just part of the process.

You are building the plane as you’re learning how to fly it.

This Process Isn’t Clean – But It’s Where So Much Growth Happens

One thing I’ve learned over the years in my online coaching business is that it never feels like perfect timing.

There is almost always something going on when you’re launching something new. There can be pressure, stretching, and moments where things feel uncertain.

Not to mention, usually this is when the enemy attacks.

But at the same time, there is so much goodness that comes out of it.

And your role in that is to show up, do the work with excellence, and give it your all.

Because if you don’t fully show up in that first launch, it is very likely that it will not perform the way you want it to.

If you’re building a faith-based online business, you are not meant to have it all figured out.

You are meant to walk it out.

If You’re Building Something Right Now, Stay In It

If you are in a season where you know you need to launch, but you feel unsure or unprepared, I want to encourage you to take action anyway.

You have to get out there and experience it. You have to be willing to feel uncomfortable and not have all the answers.

Don’t wait until you feel ready. And through that process, things begin to fall into place.

You’re not meant to have it all figured out in advance. God will give you the grace to walk through it – you just have to show up, do the work, and trust that He’ll meet you in it.

So sister… Let’s go build the thing.
