For me, this meant structuring my online business in a way that allows me to homeschool my kids, travel, and only work 5–15 hours a week. Instead of doing endless 1:1 coaching calls, I transitioned to group coaching, automated my marketing systems, and built programs that run consistently.
Here are a few ways you can create a sustainable online business as a coach:
Offer group coaching instead of only 1:1 coaching – This allows you to help multiple clients at once while freeing up your time.
Leverage automation – Use email sequences, funnels, and pre-recorded training to streamline your sales process.
Create a scalable program – Instead of trading hours for dollars, build an online coaching program that delivers results without requiring your constant presence.
By setting up your online coaching business the right way, you can have financial success without sacrificing your family, faith, or well-being.
