Happy New Year, everyone! As we step into 2024, I’m filled with excitement and anticipation. This year promises to be one filled with God’s goodness and remarkable growth for us all in the Ashley June Co-community. Before diving into our marketing projections and what this year has in store, I want to extend a warm invitation to you all for the Selah Mastermind. This 12-month journey of high-level strategy, CEO coaching, and Holy Spirit-led sisterhood is designed for multi-six-figure scaling. 2024: A Year Filled with Hope and Promise
I’ve been feeling a deep sense of hope for 2024, a contrast to the challenging years we’ve experienced recently. It feels like we’re stepping out of a long, tough season and into a promised land of opportunities and blessings. This year is about leaving the battles behind and embracing a season of positive change and growth. I’m seeing shifts happening around us, and I believe we’re about to experience some incredible things, not only as an online community and believers but in our businesses as well.
Economic Outlook and Business Projections
Despite the hard economy, I sense that we’re going to see some reprieve this year. Interest rates are expected to decrease, and gas prices have been dropping. However, it’s an election year, so I urge you not to be deceived by the political theatre that might unfold. Remember, the decisions made in politics directly impact our businesses, and this year might bring some stability, which is a welcome change. I’m optimistic about the growth of our business and the online community despite these challenges.
The Rise of Live Events and Authentic Marketing
Live events are expected to thrive this year as people yearn for genuine connections and live communication. The online world will continue to weed out non-authentic marketers, emphasizing the importance of building coaching businesses grounded in authenticity and alignment with God’s calling. This year, it’s all about creating and growing wealth little by little, as God intends, and setting people free through our authentic work.
Shifting Trends in Social Media and Content Creation
There’s a noticeable shift happening in social media, particularly on platforms like Instagram, where engagement challenges are leading to disillusionment. I predict a significant move towards platforms like YouTube, which seems to be on a growth trajectory. In line with these changes, I think storytelling and testimony marketing will become even more crucial. A strong, unique story aligned with your brand’s testimony will be key to connecting with your ideal clients and standing out in a crowded market.
Strengthening Systems and Teams
One of our major focuses this year will be on building strong systems and dynamic team structures. We’ve been undergoing some team changes, which is always a mix of excitement and challenge. Strengthening our systems and team dynamics is crucial, especially as we face new opportunities and challenges. Leadership has been a rewarding journey, and I’m eager to see the fruits of our labor in building a well-oiled machine.
Family Focus: Rest, Rhythm, and New Ventures
Our family is embarking on a year of rest and rhythm. We might be closing on a business deal soon, which is an exciting prospect for us. This new venture is part of our journey to grow our legacy and spread influence. It’s all about designing a life we love, and homeschooling our little ones is a big part of that. We’re planning to bring in some help to facilitate a private education vibe in our homeschooling efforts. It’s all about thriving as a family and putting the right people in place to support us in this new season.
Business Goals: Strengthening Funnels and Scaling Revenue
In the business realm, my focus will be on strengthening my funnels, fortifying my team, and continuing to move forward. We hit over half a million in revenue this year, and next year, our goal is to reach around $750K. It’s an ambitious target, but with strong systems, a dedicated team, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, I believe we can achieve it and even more.
As we step into this promising year, I’m reminded of the importance of living out a Proverbs 31 life, focusing on what truly matters and scaling our businesses authentically. Here’s to a year of growth, blessings, and the fulfillment of God’s promises in every aspect of our lives!
