As a Christian Online Business Coach, I see this all the time in our industry too. We love to serve. We love to give. We want to walk in love like the Bible calls us to. But here’s the truth: without healthy business and personal boundaries, you will burn out before you finish the race God has called you to run. When I say boundaries, I’m talking about the kind that protects your peace, your time, and your energy – both in your personal life and as a Christian CEO. Over the years, I’ve learned (the hard way) that boundaries are not selfish. They’re a form of stewardship. They’re how you honor what God has given you – your family, your business, your calling – without running yourself into the ground.
