Can you believe we’re stepping into 2026 already?
Every year when I sit down to record this projection episode, I feel this mix of awe, gratitude, and holy anticipation. Not because everything has been easy, but because God has been faithful in every season. This episode is part reflection, part strategy, and part prophetic discernment for Christian women building online businesses in a rapidly shifting digital world.
If you are a Christian Life Coach, Christian Business Coach, course creator, ministry leader, or faith-based entrepreneur trying to discern how to build wisely in 2026, this conversation is for you. I want to walk you through what I saw in 2025, what I believe is coming in 2026, and how to position your online business for sustainability, peace, and long-term Kingdom impact without burning yourself out or copying worldly hustle culture.
Reflecting on 2025: Hard, Holy, and Surprisingly Consistent
Let’s talk honestly about 2025.
It was not an easy year. In many ways, it felt like working twice as hard for the same dollar. The economy was strange. Buyer behavior shifted. The online space felt louder and more crowded than ever. But here’s what stood out to me the most. It was consistent.
And consistency is not flashy, but it is powerful.
This year forced me, and honestly many of my clients, to deepen habits instead of chasing hacks. I shifted to more quarterly launches, simplified our strategy, and created systems that removed anxiety from selling. I wanted launches to feel steady, predictable, and obedient, not emotionally exhausting.
That work paid off.
My launches became more peaceful. I wasn’t spiraling beforehand. I wasn’t performing from pressure. I trusted the systems we had built and showed up with confidence. And that matters deeply if you want to build a coaching business that lasts longer than one viral moment. Even more importantly, I worked 10 to 15 hours a week on average while homeschooling my kids, traveling, and actually enjoying my life. That is not accidental. That is the fruit of long-term, Spirit-led online business building.
The Real Win: A Business That Doesn’t Rule My Life
One of the biggest revelations from 2025 was realizing how much freedom had been built quietly over time. My business no longer rules me. I’m present with my family. I’m coaching women deeply instead of chasing volume. I’m building generational wealth without sacrificing my nervous system or my faith. That, to me, is success. And yet, even in that peace, I noticed something else.
I had stopped creating.
Not because I lacked ideas, but because comfort can sometimes crowd out innovation. I love my systems. I love my boundaries. But I also felt the Holy Spirit nudging me to make room again for creativity, leadership growth, and vision. That tension is something many established Christian women entrepreneurs experience. Stability is beautiful, but growth requires intentional space.
What’s Coming in 2026: Digital Marketing Projections for Faith-Based Businesses
Now let’s talk about what I see coming in 2026 for the online business and coaching industry. Some of this is data. Some of it is discernment. Some of it is lived experience.
1. Conversion Relief Is Coming
I believe we are moving into a season of relief. The last few years were heavy. Election cycles, economic pressure, and constant crisis language drained people emotionally and financially. I sense that many women are tired of delaying their God-given dreams and are ready to invest again. We are already seeing launches convert better for those who stayed consistent and refined their messaging instead of panicking. Buyers are still buying. They are just more discerning. For Christian Business Coaches, this means clarity and conviction will outperform hype in 2026
2. Community Will Outperform Algorithms
One of the strongest trends I see is a return to relationship. Not networking for money. Not transactional collaborations. But real community. Post-COVID isolation changed people. Many women are craving friendship, safety, and aligned rooms again. I see this personally in my own life. I’m being intentional about friendships, collaborations, and relational ecosystems that feel life-giving. Your community, not your funnel alone, will become one of your most valuable business assets in 2026. If you are wondering how to build a coaching business that lasts, start by building rooms where people feel seen and supported, not sold to.
3. One Funnel Is No Longer Enough
The era of one magic funnel is ending. In 2026, successful online businesses will be built as ecosystems, not shortcuts.
This includes:
- Long-form content assets like podcasts or YouTube.
- Repeated exposure across platforms.
- Clear pathways from free content to paid offers.
- Trust built over time, not pressure tactics.
For us, the podcast has been our anchor asset. It builds trust weekly and compounds authority. This is especially important for Christian Life Coaches and faith-based brands where relationship precedes conversion. Consistency is timeless. There is no replacement for showing up faithfully over time.
4. Lighter, More Human Marketing Is Rising
People are tired of seriousness without joy. I believe we are entering a season where personality, shared interests, and humanity matter more than perfectly curated authority. Superficial similarities open the door to deeper connection. Faith-based audiences want values alignment, yes. But they also want joy, fun, and humanity. Your marketing does not need to be heavy to be holy. Joy is not unprofessional. It is biblical.
5. AI Will Separate Disciplined Leaders From Drifters
AI is not going away. In fact, the businesses that learn how to use AI wisely for systems, operations, and efficiency will free up more creative and spiritual capacity. However, discernment is critical. AI should support your thinking, not replace it. It should assist your voice, not erase it. Authenticity will always matter, especially in Christian spaces where integrity is foundational. Those who refuse to adapt may struggle to keep up. Those who surrender discernment may lose trust. Balance is the call for 2026.
What the Data Says About the Coaching Industry
Here’s the encouraging part. The global coaching industry is projected to grow at over 9% annually from 2025 to 2030, potentially reaching $23.8 billion by 2030. Demand for coaching, education, and transformation is not slowing down.
This means:
—The market is expanding, not shrinking.
—Saturation does not eliminate opportunity.
—Differentiation and clarity matter more than ever.
For Christian Business Coaches, faith-based specialization is not a disadvantage. It is an asset when positioned with excellence and depth.
Differentiation Will Come Through Holistic Leadership
One trend I’m especially excited about is holistic entrepreneurship. The future is not just teaching marketing strategies. It’s supporting the whole woman: spirit, mind, body, leadership, and sustainability. Faith-based entrepreneurs are uniquely positioned for this because we already understand transformation, stewardship, and identity-rooted work. This is where Kingdom businesses will stand out in the next decade.
Final Encouragement for Christian Women in Business
As we step into 2026, I feel hopeful. Not because the world is calm, but because God is steady. This is a season to refine, not retreat. To build with clarity, not chaos. To choose joy without abandoning depth. Your calling did not expire because the economy shifted. Your message still matters. And your obedience will always outpace algorithms.
